3D Teacup - Tags, Bags, Boxes and More 2

I am in love with the new Tags, Bags, Boxes and More 2 cartridge Cricut came out with but wasn't so excited about going out and buying a new housing for my Cricut to score. I remembered someone posting that you can 'flip' an old blade around in the existing housing and use it to do your scoring. Well, I gave it a try and loved the results....

WARNING: Practice with some old paper that is the same weight as you will be using on your project. I had my pressure up to high and my paper ripped.

In the area?? I will be doing a make-n-take this Wednesday, March 21st at Hearts-n-Crafts between 10:30 and 1pm for $5.

Special thanks to Amy from http://www.scrappingmommy.com for the inspiration...

Our Design Team has come up with some fabulous projects and we have a little bit of everything, from cards to gift ideas, and home décor items. So we invite you to hop along with us and get your creative juices flowing! For my project I went to the 99cent store and found this frame, but it was white. I first panted it black then glued the glass into the frame with e6000.  I then took some ribbon and some graphic 45 papers and glued them to the frame - just love how it turned out. The word December was cut using vinyl and the December 25th new cricut cartridge...  **Special Request**  I would asked if I would make a svg file that is similar to the one used here - I didn't make it exact because of copyright laws.   You ca

White on White

This month Lorby's World of Hops has challenged this talented crafters by asking them to create something that is white on white with a touch of color. I know you will be as pleasantly surprised to see what they have come up with. There is so much talent here that I know they have risen to the occasion and have some wonderful projects to share. So please begin at Lorby's World since she is our hostess and has a give away going on with this hop. She has all the details on her blog. I (Tee) am a guest hostess and am offering a give away from The Cutting Cafe who is our sponsor this month to one lucky person who leaves a comment below.   Please visit The Cutting Cafe to see all their beautiful printable and cutting files. Now let's begin this hop. For my project I embossed two pieces of white paper. I fuzzy cut some of the embossed pieces and used pop dots to give it a POP. I placed is a very thin pink border (for my splash of color), added a white ribbon, a
