Scraps Week 4 Challenge

This week's challenge is to make your gift tags for the Holiday Season. Why spend your money on store bought tags when you have all the supplies you need, probably at your finger tips, to make the tags and brighten someone's gift? This challenge is for 2 points per tag design for a max of 5 designs. Can't wait to see what you come up with.

Scrapals Week 3 Challenge - Gift Giving

In the spirit of Christmas, this week’s challenge is to take something inexpensive and alter it to make a great gift for someone on your list. I searched the internet for ideas and found several things I want to try. Vince & Erin's Wedding 11-22-09

Can you believe we pulled a wedding together in just 4 days? I am so proud of everyone who pulled together to make Erin & Vince's wedding day a success. I am still working on cleaning up the pictures but here is a sneak peek. Don't they make a beautiful family?

Scrapals - Week 2 Challenge **Updated with my Layout**

I love sketches and hope you do too. This week’s challenge will be to create a layout using the sketch below as inspiration. Use some of the elements of the sketch, copy it exact or go completely crazy and truly make it your own. That’s the joy of sketches. Here is my version of the sketch. This challenge is for 3 points per layout (for a max of three layouts to go towards the challenge). Digital Layouts count!!

Scrapals - Week 1 Challenge

This weeks challenge is to learn to make a Tri Fold Shutter Card. When I first saw this card I thought it would be difficult to make. I watched the video and realized it is only 4 scores, two cuts then decorate. Quite easy after all. You can find written instructions and a video by going to SplitCoastStampers I first made the first card for Robert's birthday in October with the help of my Cricut and the Paper Pups cart. The second card I thew today to have something new to share. Everything on the flowered card was hand cut and inked. This challenge is for 3 points per card (for a max of three cards to go towards challenge). I can't wait to see what you come up with.

Baby Shower Favors

Let me start by saying that I work with a great group of ladies who helped me put 24 of these cute Mini Cup Cake boxes together. A BIG Thank you to Heather, Merci, Cathy, Tram and Debbie! The box is made in Design Studio using Plantin Schoolbook, the scallop is Mini Monograms and the Pink Elephant is from New Arrival. Heather had the idea of using up or scraps to make Thank you cards for Shweta (the co-worker the baby shower was for). Great Idea Heather!!
