One Scrap at a Time

I am so excited to be sharing with you my first design team project from the Cutting Cafe .  This week Regina asked us to create something using the Rain Boots Shaped Card . I knew the minute I got it that I wanted to go super funky with it and use the new Heidi Swap papers I picked up during the Shop Hop. I have been looking forward to making this cake for my good friend Tram for her son's 3rd birthday. She sent me a picture of what she had in mind and this is my version of it. After several unsuccessful attempts at making Dora and Deigo out of chocolate transfers I decided to cut cut them out with my cricut using MTC.  The bottom layer is chocolate with ganache and top layer is butter yellow with lemon filling.
